Health Promotion Council of Southeastern Pennsylvania (HPC) is the primary contractor for tobacco control services in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Southeastern Pennsylvania Tobacco Control Project
(SEPA TCP), provides comprehensive tobacco prevention and cessation services as part of Pennsylvania Department of Health’s ongoing efforts to address tobacco use, treatment, exposure to tobacco smoke pollution, and to address tobacco-related health disparities. The project serves the residents of seven counties located in Southeastern Pennsylvania: Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lancaster, Montgomery, and Schuylkill.
